Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At A D Food & Herbs, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Since we sell food products, herbs, teas, powders, dried flowers, spices, and other consumable or natural products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions stated below.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise an eligible return request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Customers may contact us for a return, replacement, or refund if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.

• The product is defective or contaminated.

• An incorrect product has been delivered.

• An item is missing from the order.

• The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

Customers must contact us within the applicable return period and provide their order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or discrepancy, wherever reasonably required to verify the claim.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, food safety, and quality considerations, products cannot be returned or refunded in cases where:

• The product has been opened, used, consumed, altered, or tampered with.

• The original packaging, seal, label, or product packaging has been damaged or removed by the customer.

• The customer no longer wants the product or has changed their mind after receiving the correct product in good condition.

• The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product has been damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use by the customer.

• Minor natural variations occur in the colour, size, shape, texture, aroma, or appearance of natural products, dried flowers, herbs, spices, fruits, or other agricultural products.

Return Approval & Inspection

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by AD Food & Herbs.

If a return is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process.

Returned products must be sent in their original packaging, wherever applicable, along with all accessories, labels, and documents received with the order.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.

Refund Timeline

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s original payment method.

Approved refunds will generally be credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 business days from the date the refund is initiated.

The actual time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For eligible COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another available refund method.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

Return Shipping Charges

If the return is approved because the customer received a damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrect, or missing product due to an error attributable to A D Food & Herbs, the applicable return shipping cost will be borne by us or handled as communicated to the customer.

Unauthorized returns or products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the applicable return and refund conditions stated in this policy.

A D Food & Herbs reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or product information, delivery restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by AD Food & Herbs after successful payment, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
