Q: Are your products food grade?
Yes. Our dried flowers, herbs, spices, powders, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, seeds and tea cuts are sold for food use and handled under our FSSAI licence (No. 12224032000754).
Q: Do your products contain added colours, flavours or preservatives?
No. Each product contains only the named flower, herb, spice, fruit or vegetable, with nothing artificial added. Natural colour, aroma and size can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Q: Where do you source your products from?
We buy directly from farmers across India, for example rose petals from Pushkar, lavender from Bhaderwah in Jammu & Kashmir.
Q: What pack sizes do you offer?
Most products come in 50 g, 250 g and 1 kg packs. For larger quantities, use our Bulk Inquiry form for a quote.
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We keep MOQs low, and prices reduce as quantity increases. Share the product, quantity and delivery location in the Bulk Inquiry form and we’ll send a quote.
Q: How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping within India is free on orders of ₹399 and above, and ₹49 below that. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Q: How should I store my herbal powders?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly sealed to maintain freshness and potency.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12–24 months. Exact details are mentioned on the product packaging.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
We can't accept returns on opened products or for a change of mind, since our products are food items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with an item missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Requests made after 7 days can't be accepted.
